What's your point? We were talking about people who are incompetent, not poor. We got sidetracked into Republican monsters and the hypothetical man on the road.
People demanding more government health programs will always be able to find someone who has fallen into the cracks of the existing system. Always. No matter how much we spend. The Federal government alone, not counting any state or local programs, is spending $760 billion this year on medical care for the poor and aged.
