I knew perfectly well when I asked the question "Is that what you would do" that you owned a business, and that you were an honest and conscientious businessman. Hey, I do read the community posts, you know. What percentage of your customers actually cheated you? How many large businesses did NOT cheat you?
The vast majority of businesses, including major corporations, are honest and still successful. While you have not specifically said this, those who point to rotten apples in business and show it as a failure of the system of capitalism are as inane as someone pointing to the high black crime rate and calling it a failure of equal rights legislation.
And before we get too smug, it should be pointed out that there have also been more than a few cases of businesses and other organizations contributing to Democrats to get some form of special advantage beyond what a free market would deliver. Check this out.
