There have been a couple of occasions when some of us lefties have criticized those on the extreme left (It happens but once a year, about the same time as the righties criticize the far right...).
At this point, someone on the right of the spectrum then pipes up - "AHA! Once they're caught saying something particularly stupid, watch how fast the rest of the leftists dismiss them..."
In other words, your vision of the political spectrum may be just as skewed as seen from the right, with you slap back in the middle and a whole gaggle of people bunched way to the left, with some of us (ahem) walking slowly over that way. A nice broad stretch of people extending rightwards too.
And in this case I am talking specifically about YOU, you rightist in Libertarian clothing you.
