MY REPLY: You're right, I'm wrong. My apologies. I should be paying closer attention to this frivolous endeavor.

MY REPLY: Not actually. But then, lets call it what it is...a publicity stunt, not a scientific expedition.

AL: "Don, we should go back to the Moon, but your silly attempt to tie it as a necessary prerequisite to a manned Mars Mission is silly.."

MY REPLY: I wouldn't call it a "prerequisite," only that it presents the most logical means by which we may develop the capacity and experience to safely get to Mars and back.

AL: "I'm really no Zubrin fan. I find him arrogant, pompus, loud mouthed, and egotistical."

MY REPLY: I was about to say the same thing about you. :-)
