I'm reasonably sure that "Papa Doc" and "Baby Doc" Duvalier of Haiti weren't Marxists. Neither were quite a few other dictators such as Franco in Spain or Marcos in the Philippines to name but two examples. But, can you name one Marxist/communist nation that isn't a dictatorship?
