Placing words in my mouth and giving false choices: Just what is predictable and expected from someone with no real argument to make.
To claim that the game must be reformed because for the first time your side is claiming to be injured after decades of doing the same is vaporware.
Ignoring history when convenient and claiming the whole thing must be reformed because the other side is (gasp!) excercising their legitimately acquired power is totally bogus.
My bet is the dems in Texas are going to toally lose in the legal court, just as they are losing in the court of reasonable opinion.
