The Communists, Islamists, and others of their ilk believe in force to impose their system on others, and have done so since the systems were invented. They need no "examples" or "precedents" to behave this way.

And if you believe the Allied liberation of Europe in the 1940s and the invasion of Poland by the Nazis were mirror images of each other--morally equivalent actions--simply because both the U.S. and Germany used tanks and troops, and went in shooting to change a governmental system, then I don't know where to go from there.

The superiority of a free society, protecting the rights of its citizens, over a totalitarian prison, torturing and killing its own citizens, is not a matter of "faith," or a matter of opinion. It is an objective fact, obvious to any reasoning person. One wonders at the motivations of those who try to blur this truth. If someone told you that the difference between a parent feeding his child, and a parent wrapping bombs around his child, was simply a matter of cultural and historical perspective, you would think he was insane, but I hear this kind of crap all the time.
