You hand them enormous power if you define our political system in terms of pro-terrorism and anti-terrorism parties.
They are criminals. We have police, and other nations do too. The police can track down and prosecute the criminals, regardless of who is in the White House. Enforcement of the law is the Executive branch's job. Any President who doesn't fulfill that basic duty will be bounced out faster than you can say "nonfeasance".
You vote for who you think will be the better person to run the country. Al Qaeda? They're a bunch of thugs. They have no standing here.
