I just thought it was fun to paraphrase a lyric that seemed to fit the occasion perfectly, and doubly "appropriate" since some beleive Guantanamo is proof of some sort of nascent "police" state in America.

Also, "widdle fewwow" sounds better than "wittle fewwow", extending that whole speech impediment theme. :-)
