Cageprisoners.com is so obviously not a US Government site. This is not family access, and it's not something that our leaders can point to as their work. Again, people standing on the furniture and screaming, not our leaders acting in a proactive, humanitarian way. See Rhett Butler, again.

I notice the DoD document was from March 2005. Do you have anything earlier, or is this a reaction document meant to stave off criticism? I find it interesting that there are, count 'em, five positive comments at the end, out of all those people. If I were writing a document of this kind, I would make sure that every single positive comment were included. But then, maybe they did.
