I find it interesting that you have cited The Daily Kos, whom in past lives you have derided as the height (or depth) of left-wing propaganda.

Unlike some people, I judge information on a case-by-case basis, not on where it appears.

One of the items I would have liked to see more details on were timelines of when funding and serious planning was going to start, not to mention completion timelines.
