Obviously, everything that happened there was the fault of the Federal government.
It's interesting to read the reports of violence and death in light of what we now know.
The convention center is located at the foot of the bridge leading out of New Orleans to the other side of the river, a bridge that was blocked to evacuees by authorities from the other side.
