Mainly, government edicts, like excessive environmental regulation, over 40 mandated "designer" blends etc. But I suppose reading every post is tiring for you.
And sure, no one's entitled to say it's so hard to build, say, a space elevator out of egg noodles, until they indeed try and find it, er, "difficult". Uh huh..
