Another load of exhausting bull.

Still, the conclusion in that study is worth noting for the record:

In addition to racial/linguistic categories, this study explored the influences of
political and religious differences on giving. These yielded more consistently significant
results than race/ethnicity. Both political party and ideology, and the characterization of
religious beliefs and religious activity are significantly associated with giving. The findings
indicate that Republicans and political conservatives are the groups most likely to give at the
highest levels; as are those defining themselves as religious conservatives/fundamentals and
those most active in the practice of their religious/spiritual development.

Nevertheless, if I stop arguing with you about it, you'll stop coming up with useful information like that, and my market research would be slowed down. What am I to do?

OK then, to the nitpicking: Figure 2 on page 35 is interesting, in that it shows the pattern of giving by Republicans and Democrats to be almost mirror-image. In the largest category, the average donations in the range $200 to $999, Republicans and Democrats give equally. Republicans give more often at the highest levels, while at the lowest (non-zero) level, Democrats make more donations. This is surely a consequence of different income levels...you know, the working-class Democrats versus the Republican stockbrokers. This is Orange County we're talking about, and saying that it's an enclave of wealthy Republicans goes without saying...in a manner of speaking.

Spend some time reading this.

Dontcha just hate it when I listen to you?

As for the everything else, well, it sure looks like you're actually agreeing with me, underneath the froth of argument. You sort of deny that Republicans are against social programs (and you even seemed serious about it...bravo!), while spending the majority of words vehemently denouncing those programs. How did I misstate your position? I said you were against government social programs, and so you are.
