As for "hatred", that's what Right Wingnuts do. You're projecting again, gb. A large majority of Americans deeply disapprove of the job Bush is doing, but that's hatred only in the mind of a Right Wingnut. Normal people know a lousy President when they see one, and justifiably resent the damage Bush has done to America. But that's not hatred. That's patriotism.
