One set of figures here.

Obviously, we are emitting more than any other single entity, but if you tally up the ROW, it comes to quite a bit.

The article also shows the glorious lack of progress by Kyoto participants, except for Russia, which reduced its emissions by the easiest route: a destroyed economy.
