You just never know about cultural differences.

There was a story making the rounds awhile back about an Armenian couple that lost custody of their 6-7 year old daughter after being witnessed at a public event touching the child inappropriately (pinching private parts).

U.S. court did not buy into the defense that such touching is common in Armenia.
