If CA passes this it will attract illegals from EVERY part of the WORLD who can row, claw, climb there way into CA.
AND it will attract the poor and SICK from every other state too!!!!!
The dancing in the streets wont even last several years Tom. Perhaps 3 months before the system implodes under the burden.
Heck, I still could claim CA residency, maybe when I visit I'll stop in for freebie. low quality check ups and wait for 18 hours in line.
