It is long overdue.

The fact that health care is unaffordable to many, and becoming unaffordable to many more each day has been pushing for this. We shall see if the California System even becomes law.

Health insurers are the biggest chislers on Earth. For example: Many plans spend 40% of their total income on advertising. Regulation has not addressed such issues.

IMHO, insurers must be required to spend no less than 90% of all income on paying claims.

The insurers brought this upon themselves, and they deserve to go out of business.
