One problem pops up and that would be where the partner is devious and is doing business dealings and hiding large sums of money from the "wife" in a separate account.
Another one would be where he has a major health issue and is keeping that from his "wife".
Anything important not shared. Hiding an out-of-wedlock child from her, perhaps from BEFORE he met and married her.
