So you're comparing America to Germany invading western Czechoslovakia on a racial pretext, or former Soviet republics undergoing internal civil war along ethnic lines, or the ethnic war in the Holy Land? Not a one of those examples apply by any stretch of the imagination, and the comparison is insulting.
America is different in profound ways, starting with our proud heritage as a nation of immigrants. This country, unlike each one of your examples, was not founded as some sort of tribal homeland with a homogenous racial identity, a "volk" that grew up into a modern nation state. America was a constitutional democratic-republic from day one, with a founding constitution that advances the profound notion that "all men are created equal, and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights...". Not just white Europeans, and not just citizens. The 14th Amendment promises that if you're inside our borders, you'll be treated like a human being. Period.
Why do you hate the Constitution?
