No, we don't just let it play out.
This is why we have government. It's main purpose for existing is not to give healthcare to everyone, but to defend the territorial integrity of the state and to protect its citizens. If our politicians would do what they're suppose to, then this would be a non-issue. Their inaction and cowardice are leading to a day of reckoning. A day that shouldn't be.
