As long as they're in the artificial womb, they're nothing more than a "biological parasite." And since any "problem" arising will most likely occur while the fetus is developing, you shouldn't have a problem with digging little "trenches" for them. Although a biological waste disposal system would be a better way of getting rid of the experiment.
