So, you're constantly blaming the left for not seeing how evil Saddam was.
Well, that means you justify the war in arguing that it's purpose was to liberate Iraqis from Saddam.
This is a very weak argument.
Because if it were so, why hasn't the same been done in North Korea, in Iran, in Zimbabwe? Why hasn't it been done in Chili when Pinochet was having thousands of people disappear?
Why hasn't been done in Algeria?
No sir, it's not to free the Iraqis from Saddam. If it really were so, the troops would be leaving Iraq and leave them on their own, as they want.
What kind of special relationship the US has with Iraqis, after all? Knowing the number of civilian victims that died under US weapons.
It's ridiculous to assume that's why the US went to war in Iraq.
Thousands of innocent iraqis died, US soldiers are being killed and Saddam is still at large.
A great way to free a country from its evil dictator, isn't it?
