"Why hasn't been done in Algeria?"
"The international community has for too long remained indifferent to the tragedy of the civilian population in Algeria. Bodies such as the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU), and their member states have from time to time expressed concern at, or condemned, the violence in Algeria - but have done nothing to stop it. Their lack of action in the face of a human rights crisis which has claimed tens of thousands of lives in the past few years makes such "expressions of concern" sound increasingly hollow. "

"Thousands of innocent iraqis died, US soldiers are being killed and Saddam is still at large. A great way to free a country from its evil dictator, isn't it?"
Yes, it's a great way to free a country. But what would be a better way? The Algeria Solution?
