An observation and my vote
He doesn't seem to know what this thread is about. Doesn't have a clue what part he should play in the discussion, if he wants to remain at HZ. I think his grasp of reality is really shaky.
That being said, I'm not sure that being mentally incompetent should be grounds for expulsion. That he royally pisses me off by appearing to be in a discussion, but ignoring other posts than his own, probably should also not be grounds for expulsion.
Others have said that we (you) should set a few conditions for his continued existance here. I agree with that approach. If he can't follow the rules, then can his ass.
