What I pointed out was that we are not taxpayer supported- we run a non profit business...
SOME projects get NSF money, but ONLY if they can show that they are a good investment- my project is going to look at competitive bids before deciding who gets the money...

You CLEARLY have no understanding of what you are talking about...
