Since YOU can't read, my answering you again and again is almost as much of a waste of time as my hoping that you'd answer my previous questions with intellectual integrity. And one of us has good things to contribute, in addition to what's already been contributed. I'd put my credentials up against yours anytime but then what would I have proven? It's analogous to telling a kindergartner that you are more intellectually on the ball. So what? The real enemy isn't you; you're just an annoying, unthinking gnat who is ashamed of his own picture. The real problem continues to get my attention, for the good of humanity's space endeavors.
Whatever you call your pork-laden entity, it doesn't even have a sufficiently functional website. You claim you made some scientific breakthrough but offered zero proof other than that dysfunctional website. But yes, I lost publicly as you say, because you whined and screamed and hollared (and who knows what ELSE) so I can no longer publish my handle in the name line of the tiny handful (more than a dozen?) of folks who visit this space forum and post in it with any regularity whatsoever. That may be the most significant thing you've ever achieved, and you are to be congratulated, kindergartner. You are hereby promoted to a life of adulthood whereby you can hopefully achieve MEANINGFUL things for the GOOD of our space endeavors, in the likely event that you haven't already. I mean if you HAD really accomplished meaningful stuff, why would you have put so much energy into tying one of my altruistic limbs behind my back? I have yet to see why you are bothered by the occasional appearance of the name "SpaceProjects.com" which you can just as easily ignore, unless it's because you're bored, insecure, and intimidated by the concept of a truly entrepreneurial (as opposed to a favoritism-laden, pork-propped) space program.
With that behind us, I am sorry that you never cared to comment on my NSF article. Every year NASA tries to take NSF funding away r/e astronomical observatories. I'm delighted that competition remains between the two, at least regarding that minor niche. I made the noise that I could, and I have NSF officials to verify it. Not that I care whether you believe me or not, but it is an issue that I've liked for a while...because the NSF doesn't have NASA centers to make it anti-entrepreneurial. Competitive prizes inspire me considerably more though, because the human element's less potentially corrupting. Anyhow, I think it's neat how Bush mentioned yesterday that a hundred planets have been discovered during the past decade alone. What a shame that he didn't also mention what I suspect is true: that the NSF discovered the lion's share of them. True? What percentage can NASA claim to have discovered? It's ironic that in praising NASA to try and make it less pathetic, he touted an achievement of its competition :-)
May the bad side of you go to Hell, and may the worthwhile side of you focus exclusively on the final paragraph of this posting. But I know how it is with kindergartners. Even Einstein and Edison were highly unruly at that age. That's why I tried promoting you to adulthood in this e-mail. Sure, it's presumptuous of me to do so but after all my time that you've wasted, you deserve to have something to legitimately complain about. Until that arrogantly made promotion, you had no such legitimate reason to gripe.

NASA vs. NSF: Bush apparently touted an NSF achievement when praising NASA yesterday!

- Boy, this sure turned out to be a mature discussion of the issue, didn't it? (n/t)
- Ok, heres what I will do
- An observation and my vote
- the real issue is this
- Why be so self-important, truth-denying, competitive prizes-HATING and downright misleading?
- He should addopt a URL free handle or can his ass. (n/t)
- Even as your profanity, misspelling and (n/t) are fine?
- Ok then.
- You fail to see what the health care vs. space expenditures debate has to do with space? WOW.
- Ok then.

- Gary, by any chance do you receive tax dollars for a living?
- This has nothing to do with our jobs

- So you receive tax dollars, but your resentfulness of me has NOTHING to do with my pro-entrepreneurial stance...

- The use of a 100% NONcommercial handle minimizes the potential for (often misinformed) ad hominem attacks.
- R.L. is on the right track
- Ban him -- He's spam and nothing more (n/t)
- No

- Why censor reform proposals and their justifications? Sure, pro-entrepreneurial reforms could displace some, but they could empower many far more.
