I appreciate your candor, but I ask: Why do you think I'm against govt. funding? I'm all in favor of funding REFORM. I published this 3.5 years ago regarding the importance of supporting the NSF (preferably with money currently wasted on NASA):

As for the "you bumbling moron" bit, I can take it even though you didn't justify that latest attack [nothing new there]. It's easier though, when my name's not attached to your unjustifiedly vitriolic replies. That's a major reason why I publish using the SpaceProjects.com handle, so that your responses can't be quite as directed as me personally. Besides which, it helps minimize most folks attention to focus on the messenger instead of the (far more significant) message, itself. Admittedly, the handle's also included out of a desire to let folks know what the author of any particular posting of mine here is all about so that they can take it with a grain of salt, and learn more if they so desire. But I'm mentioned almost NOWHERE in that entire site... It has almost nothing to do with me and everything with trying to get our space program on track while we still have enough money to fund one before baby boomers retire in droves within a decade.
