The use of a 100% NONcommercial handle minimizes the potential for (often misinformed) ad hominem attacks.

SpaceProjects.com is 100% NONcommercial, and its urls merely support assertions that are being made. That way, related posts need not be nearly as lengthy. If my postings were merely about advertising, I'd not spend so much time in a BBS with merely a dozen or so users. I'd simply use one of those e-mail programs and really send spam everywhere (especially in Europe, where space socialism's still not impenetrable). OR I'd invest my time financially more productively, and take the proceeds to buy Google ads.

The reason a handle is preferred over a name is that some in this forum love ignoring the message and instead attacking the messenger. I discovered this forum through an ad hominem (and inaccurate) attack about me personally, and I prefer to use the handle. Inaccuracies abound when ad hominem attacks are waged against my pro-entrepreneurial analyses.

For instance, you just posted that I'm an "ignorant little freak". In fact, though, I'm an attorney who graduated from a Top Ten law school, who started on his high school's conference championship-winning football team (where he was also the first wrestling state finalist in school history), and whose photo's in the high school yearbook's senior superlatives section for being elected the "Biggest Ladies Man". Yet I'm a "little freak"? Meanwhile, although I don't think I'm ignorant, I do admit to seeking more knowledge in the high tech. realm, and this place is sometimes helfpul. I also admit to being unique...considering how not too many D.C. lawyers would donate as much time as I do to the volunteer cause of trying to liberate space entrepreneurs from this town's bureaucratic jealousy and corrupt contractors' resentfulness of potential competitors.

As your posting about me suggests that "ignorant" may very well fit others in this forum more than it fits me, perhaps you might want to look at where your other three fingers point when your index is aimed in my direction.
