R.L. is on the right track
Woodlock is an obvious fruitcake and has no business here.
Spaceprojects.com was warned once before about spamming HZ and does not really merit a second chance. IMHO, a minimum condition for allowing his continued presence would be the requirement that he adopt a new handle and promise to never again put his website URL in the name and subject line of a post. He should only be allowed to infrequently include his website URL in the text of his post as a hidden link to an appropriate reference. If he violates that promise then he should be permanently banned without further discussion.
