Flame » in reply to "Bugger" is British for "bugger". It's a verb. Not a nice verb.

It's a verb, a noun, an adjective.

Most places you can use the f-word you can use the b-word.

Bugger off.
I'm buggered if I know.
Oh, bugger!
Blast it all to buggery.
You're a wee bugger.

(Two exceptions - no-one really says "go bugger yourself" or "what the bugger was that".
