Hmmm...never really thought about it much. I'm not sure it needs to be addressed by legislation or the constitution. Mandatory counselling at the most, I would think. Maybe a quick flea dip and distemper shot, too.

Whole different story. Children are scarred for life, emotionally and often physically, by such abuse. To admit one has these impulses should trigger extensive, mandatory therapy, and clearly to act on them is a terrible predatory crime.

Well, very often the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Voluntary counselling, if that much. You know what they say...wax on, wax off.

But I don't see that homosexual contact between consenting adults belongs in the same category at all.
