I wonder if they saw the same movie? Or if they saw it at all?
I arrived skeptical and doubtful about the movie's quality and message, and left with a powerful impression that it is not only very good cinema, bit that it told the story well. Neither could I recognize anything that said 'blame the jews'. The Romans come off as the bad guys in this, big time. I like and often agree with both writers you quote. You seldom agree with either of them. It is a free market of ideas.
