From your post below:
Without Ramon's too early bail-out, it is likely that crew compartment integrity would have been preserved through to frei-punkt, at which time speeds would have been low enough to have offered bail-outs some chance of success.
I have read this sentence closely, and it's pretty hard to read it any other way than blaming Ramon for the deaths of the crew, at least in your hypothesis.
As for your long-displayed hostility towards Israel*, that's not news around here either. Why would Ramon have been the one to hit the hatch, even granting your baseless theory, and not the four other experienced military pilots in the crew?
For the record, Ramon ejected from a stricken aircraft, which is not the same thing as "bailing out."
*Oddly, Muslim nations occupying other nations by force get no attention at all from those who are violently anti-Israel. But it can't be anti-semitism.
