could you please speak in your own words ..

..instead of just posting a link with the word 'here'. I know this is done often by people, and can be a convenient way of presenting your own views, but I am currently at an old computer and have spent 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to load that top-heavy CNN link. So, I am left still wondering what your position/opinion is, on this issue.

At least a few words from you might have given some hint.
