Treason is a crime. Political dissent is not. Political dissent sometimes takes harsh forms. That doesn't make it treason.
.. which is a summary of what various people have been saying here again and again in recent times. Everyone knows it by now and the point is so simple and obvious, that you surely know it well enough .. so psychologically you're probably just dissembling, maybe in some type of defensive reaction. You can't for instance defend slurs of 'treason' by pointing to other, genuine cases of real treason. That's just framing the whole issue in paranoid terms and has nothing to do with the real issue of freedom of speech.
