Where's the liberty of those Saddam killed? The Kurd's and Shiites did volunteer blood to free themselves from Saddam. It usually takes that to remove a tyrant. They lost, they needed help and they had exiles asking for it for a decade. It's a very different situation when you are talkng about a slight loss of liberty to protect lives and being subject to both no liberty and routine threats to your life.
