I'm an observer. I try not to interfere too much in folks belief systems and personal development because such interference generally tends to harm rather than help. Why do I abide such a rule? I understand that all energy motions regenerate and cause feedback. Interfering in others beliefs systems forcibly would attract the same upon myself, except on a larger scale.
However, since you have requested input for things that "are not clear" I've got a bit of leeway, ;-) However, some folks may want to stop reading here as the next bit may make you feel like you've passed through the looking glass.

Part of the learning process requires the struggle with theisms, fatalism, escape mechanisms and the whole plethora and range of human philosophy, beliefs and thoughts.
Everything is energy. Everything. This means any god (real or imagined) is energy too. The laws of energy then dictate universal function. This is true for this universe and any and all parallel universes which exist.
Creation doesn't exist, except as a mistaken concept. All energy is indestructible and cannot be created or destroyed. Gods can't create energy. They can't destroy energy, they can only redirect and shape energy.
A being with greater knowledge and ability to manipulate energy becomes more and more godlike when seen through the eyes of younger, less educated and experienced souls.
The man who first discovered how to create fire impressed elementals so much they had to make up legends that this fire was a gift from the gods when it really was transformation of a certain quantity of molecular energy from static to kinetic.
To destroy ills, let the blind see, walk on water, or part the Red Sea are simple transformations and manipulations of energy. The greater your ability to manipulate energy, the more "godlike" you will become to the eyes of those who still hold such primitive theistic concepts.
On a larger scale - the creation of worlds, stars and even the ability to spawn a new universe are all things man, if he continues to evolve, will in his/her distant future learn, understand and master. There will be nothing mystical or miraculous in these things and, in fact, such things will be as ordinary as taking clothes to the dry cleaner to remove an ink stain.
All these things are relative scales and issues of perception. The aboriginal mind did not understand that there was no such thing as creation. They merely saw the end result with their eyes. They did not understand energy or conversion of energy and had no way of ascertaining that fire did not just magically appear through an incantation or as the result of prayer to some imagined deity.
All this energy is traveling around us in quantized wave forms and has specific frequencies, wave shapes, subharmonic structures, etcetera.
Religious leaders and founders have claimed they heard "god" speaking to them.
Talking straight into someone's head may seem magic, but it is simply the ability to influence their auditory nerves and create a specific frequency resonance condition. Its easy when you know how and, in fact, future humanity will employ this type of communication in lieu of cell-phones or apparatus. Children will learn their siblings auditory nerve frequency through practice an manipulation of their thoughts and within a few years are having secret conversations behind their parents backs, even while their parents are standing right in front of them.
On Earth today, literally hundreds of thousands of folks think they hear their god or angels in their head and countless more negative manipulators of energy go ahead and let them think that and pose as god, dead relatives or whoever they please. People who do such are negatively motivated and violate an individuals right to their own consciousness. Yes, anyone who forces their way into your head is no god - not even close. They are generally more negative than you are even if they have picked up these abilities. There are countless non-physical spectra, as many as there are various universes. These are inhabited by people who are just as real as you and I, but have no physical body. They'll whisper to you, talk to you before you go to sleep and will try to control you. It's really not much different than this world. Here we have walls to keep our neighbors out of our home, but the only wall you have from these mental intruders is your own mind and awareness of their existence.
This is why humanity is so pervasively plagued by violence, suicides, hatred, etcetera even in this modern world where much of the struggles of man have already been so greatly diminished. Most of these thoughts aren't even their own! They act upon them, which makes them theirs, but the originating non-physical entities are the behind the scenes troublemakers. They created Judaism, Mohammedism, Christianity, Hinduism and other negative-force inspired controls on humanity. They spoke to Moses, Mohammed and others. The crazy were always thought of as "touched by God" in Islam and this is because they never understood or imagined the existence of these astral planes of energy which share space with our physical universe. Imagine a realm of convicts, psychos and violent and obsessed people and you'll get the idea who inhabit these lower "astral" realms - which are really just plateaus of energy oscillating at a certain fundamental frequency! They are very close to humanity, because they are just a notch below us in this universe composed of an infinite energy spread across an equally infinite spectra. Its just like a cell phone band or the FM radio in your car. You can tune in a lot of garbage if you are not discriminating.
So try to free your mind from the false concept of genesis, omnipotence or gods. There are beings of infinite levels of development. But they do not call themselves gods and in fact know and have mastered all these (and many more) energy manipulations eons ago. They consider themselves no better than you or I and in fact see things in even better perspective and realize they are, and will always be, just an infintessimal, growing, learning, component of this infinite multiverse.
Creating the earth and our solar system and opening a doorway for beings such as humanity to develop and grow is part and parcel of this process of energy transfer. There is nothing divine about it and much of it occurs automatically as the infinite grows much like a tree. A galaxy is like a blossom. Each is unique and has its own aroma and coloring. And like a blossom it carries a seed of life with potential for independent growth away from the tree itself. Even the various universes can be seen as blossoms on an even larger tree...and on and on it goes.
The universal flow of energy created our galaxy, the stars in it and the earth. Was this flow directed by an individual mind? Sure, it's possible. Galaxies can be created as needed for specific purposes. But there is a constant formation process going on already so there would be little need.
The word infinite is inextricable from the word energy. The two are forms of each the other. Infinity manifests itself via energy. It is divisible into an infinite number of varying size finite quotients, yet each never loses its infinite potential! It can pose as mass, atoms or wave forms of an infinite variety. It is limitless. It is eternal. It is the sum of all things and all beings. And because it is infinite, it can never be fully defined, understood in a single philosophy, ideosophy or conveyed in a single post.
So to sum up, I'm unclear on the whole "limit the function of the infinite universe to some several thousand year old religions" bit.
