Johannes, those things simply always existed.

If I would have followed that logic, then I would not have figured out the formula that comes out naturally from the information in the Bible.

I replied to Mary Anne that:
My intent was to point out to the scientifically oriented that if they ignore faith in their search for the truth, they will never achieve the understanding of the whole truth.

I stand behind that statement because, if someone else would have had the "faith" in the truthfulness of the writings in the Bible, then they would have come to the same conclusion that I did. Since no one else has come up with the formula, I must conclude that no one else had "faith" in the writings within the Bible.

It seems to me that Einstein came closest to explaining the structure of the universe by figuring out the formula E=MC^2. The Bible on the other hand says that E=(U/K)C. If you insert the same mass quantities into both of those formulas the results will be exactly the same.

Einstein's formula, in very condensed and verbal form, states that the amount of "energy" is equal to the amount of mass multiplied by the speed of light that has been raised to its second power. Speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second.
From Einstein's formula we can infer that mass and energy are somehow inter linked through the speed of light.

The formula from the Bible tells us that the total amount of energy that a quantity of mass can generate can be calculated by figuring out how much potential and kinetic "force" there is in the mass and then multiplying that result by the speed of light.

The Bible formula is better, it explains how mass is constructed.
