My intent was not to discredit or prove religion one way or another, in any case, such an effort is most likely useless since religion is based on faith and it is impossible to confine faith into a mathematical formula.
My intent was to point out to the scientifically oriented that if they ignore faith in their search for the truth, they will never achieve the understanding of the whole truth.
The scientists study everything around them and create tools, such as mathematics, that allow them to delve deeper into the functioning of all creation. But unless they comprehend the fact that what they are studying was "created" they will miss the most important concepts that exist in the universe.
Genesis explains creation, and from my perspective, it is scientifically and mathematically correct.
The scientists have proven that space, mass, and energy exist, yet they can not explain how all this came into existence.
It takes "faith" to accept that God (the creator) caused everything to come into existence.
When you say that:
The combination is volatile, and the product is toxic.
I agree with you to the point that the volatility and toxicity are present, but only if human beings make it so.
