There are more plausible reasons that these people call Americans and Israelis Nazis, burn their flags, spit on their effigies, and slander them up one side and down the other.

One is that they hate America and Israel more than they hate al Qaeda and the other terrorists.

Second is that it's quite safe where you live to crap all over civilized nations and people, knowing full well they'll sit there and take it. Try doing the same thing to radical Islam in Europe and see what happens to you. Remember the cartoons?
