There was little if any of that.
There were also no mass marches anywhere in support of USA and against AQ or OBL.
There were no nations who offered aid, monetarily or militarily.
There were no nations who supported us in the GWOT in Afghanistan.
Nobody joined with us in Iraq (however not-relevant to the GWOT that may be).
All editorials across the world merely said "Poor USA. Probably desreved it anyway. In other news...."
Everybody, everywhere is against poor little USA and it's all because of Bush hatred and/or anti-semitism.
Reread the post I made a couple of weeks ago on Flame about right wing excuses.
Pretend just for a moment that you are not a rabid right winger who does not recognize the words accountability, responsibility or consequences. Pretend you dont have a chip on your shoulder the size of Betelguese about Viet Nam. Pretend while you read it that the article was talking about you personally.
Let me know when your high horse has at least come back into the Earth's stratosphere, maybe you can talk rationally then.
Until that time, see ya.
