Don't get too upset Tom - he's the byproduct of his environment. It just appears like he's a full-time anti-American, anti-Israel terrorist apologist. Raoul is not the exception - but the rule. Most folks around those parts are all indoctrinated by the same guilt trip which foster pro-Muslim stances on everything, forever trying to live down Algeria and other recent imperialist mis-adventures.
Belgian Press on Hezbollah's use of Human Shields.
I'll translate the gist of it - they know Hezbollah is using "human shields" because they have found rocket installations near villages, but they claim Israel is exaggerating the claims and anyway is still responsible for civilian deaths. In other words "Yes, Hezbollah rocket launchers are using Lebanese human shields, but not so many, and its all Israel's fault if they get killed anyway!"
And by Raoul's twisted logic, Hezbollah, the Palestinians & Al Qaeda have no 'official' nation and therefore should be immune from military action to attacks made by these groups of people. I recall a post, way back when, advocating "policing" of these terrorist organizations.
As the church lady used to say "How conveeeeeeeeenient!"
