I pointed out Chavez preparing to make himself President for life and having made it illegal to insult him (ironically, both things match accusations the radical left here declared Bush was planning) and you still go all robot-like about authoritarian conservatives.

The religious right that you harp on use obediance as part of their religion. ALL religions use this to hold followers and keep the flocks in line. Religious righters are no more conservatives than Islamic fundamentalists. Obedience is part of their belief system - not an ideology.

Believe in your fantasies and when things don't get better, you can claim your favorite leftists were tainted by being exposed to 'ac' folks for too long and have 'adopted' their techniques. You can say it was some primate imitative reflexology at work.
