In the beach scene, one can find a lady lying on her stomach who has been startled by a scoop of ice cream, which has fallen off of a little boy's cone onto her back. She's trying to avoid tan lines, and so is sunbathing without her top. In the picture, as she rises up screaming, one gets a glimpse of her teeny tiny titties.
