It doesn't matter that it was a no text post. You used the name of a poster in the same thread that the real poster used it. It still makes a statement that is attributed to someone else.
It doesn't matter that the name Hank is the name of someone who we'd know as someone else. Even if you were acting as a proxy, it'd be wrong.
