I picked the Wikipedia expanded definition because it read like a lawyer wrote it, taking care to foreclose exactly the sort of deliberate spin and deliberate misinterpretation you had to look elsewhere to find the fodder to support. Note that it is in no way contradicted by the terser and and more-easily spun simple definitions.
