CHOOSING to state a falsehood is lying, Robert.

Hoagland IS a liar. He claims to have been awarded the 'Angstrom award'- when in fact he simply conned it off an old man that was not authorized to give it away and the RSAS has asked Hoagland to return it. THAT is lying.
