re: What IS "Spirituality"?
Outside of the religious side of spirituality. Religion has a definitive set of rules and purpose whereas spirituality or being in a spiritual sense can be much broader. Spirituality leads to reflection on ones self and our connection with nature (and the universe) and others. It can be an inspiring experience. Inspiration leads to creativity and the ability to do unique and wonderful (hopefully) deeds or actual things. The two can overlap as we've come to know.
